Roasted pork and cooked pork in family and restaurant, we will add 0.1% yeast extract to enhance the fresh taste and pure thick feeling of dishes; when cooking soup, will add 0.05% yeast extract to enhance the taste and cover up the smell. 

 

Add yeast extract to soy sauce and sauce juice to enhance flavor, remove astringency and increase thickness. The amount in the soy sauce is 1%~2%. 

 

When producing various kinds of expanded food such as egg rolls, shrimp strips, french fries and fried potatoes, adding yeast extract can reduce the amount of monosodium glutamate and make the fresh flavor softer. 

 

When producing and processing ham and sausages,flavor and nutrition will be losed after long time heat treatment. Adding 0.2% yeast extract can compensate for the loss. At the same time, the color is good, the taste is mellow and the meat flavor is enhanced, which can delay the oxidation of fat. Prevent dehydration and dry shrinkage obviously.
